The service

What to expect

Floor painting starts with the surface beneath the finish. The existing coating, moisture conditions, contamination and intended use all affect whether a floor is suitable and which products can be considered. Each inquiry is assessed before a scope, coating system or schedule is confirmed.

Questions we hear

Floor Painting questions

Is every concrete floor suitable for painting?

No. Existing coatings, dampness, contamination, surface condition and intended use can make a floor unsuitable for a proposed coating. Assessment comes before confirming the work.

Is floor paint the same as epoxy flooring?

Floor coatings use different products and application systems. Any proposal will identify the specific product and scope; specialist resin, flake or industrial flooring systems are not implied by a floor-painting inquiry.

Can a garage floor be included?

Tell us that vehicles will use the space. Vehicle traffic and the slab’s condition need to be considered before confirming a suitable product and project availability.

When can the floor be used again?

Drying, foot-traffic and vehicle-use times depend on the selected product and site conditions. These will be reviewed as part of the project plan.
