Walls and ceilings
Review properly cleaned, sound surfaces and identify the areas to be sealed and repainted.
Bring a clean, coordinated finish back to walls, ceilings and trim affected by smoke staining. Once the surfaces have been properly cleaned, we review the preparation, stain-sealing primer and repainting your space needs.

The service
This service focuses on stain sealing and repainting suitable interior surfaces after smoke or soot contamination has been properly cleaned. We review the surface condition, any remaining staining and the proposed coating system before confirming the painting scope.
Common project details
Review properly cleaned, sound surfaces and identify the areas to be sealed and repainted.
Select a suitable stain-blocking primer for the assessed surface and remaining staining.
Include suitable baseboards, casings, doors and other painted details in the agreed scope.
Plan paint colors, sheen and finish coats so the refreshed areas work together.
Smoke cleanup, fire-damage restoration and odor remediation must be addressed separately before painting. Stain sealing and repainting do not replace those services.
How we approach it
Send your town, photos of the affected rooms and information about the cleaning already completed.
Discuss remaining stains, surface condition and readiness for primer and paint.
Agree on included surfaces, preparation, stain-sealing primer and finish colors.
Complete the agreed preparation and coatings, then review the finished areas together.

Questions we hear
This service covers stain sealing and repainting suitable surfaces after proper cleaning. Fire-damage restoration, soot cleanup and odor remediation are separate work that must be addressed before painting.
Soot-contaminated surfaces must be properly cleaned before primer or paint is applied. We review the condition and readiness of the surfaces before confirming the work.
Repainting is not a substitute for finding and addressing the source of an odor. Odor remediation may involve other surfaces or materials and should be resolved separately; we do not promise odor removal through painting.
Suitable, properly cleaned walls, ceilings, trim and painted doors may be included. Send photos and the project location so we can review the surfaces and define the painting scope.
